Under this agreement, Common Service Centres (CSCs) will be established across 26 Directorate of Indian Army Veterans (DIAV) locations, providing essential pension services, Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services, and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) services at defense establishments.

This initiative is part of HDFC Bank's Parivartan programme, which promotes economic inclusiveness for veterans and their families.
