The Parliament does not play any role in the removal of the Chairman of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

The President has the sole authority to remove the Chairman or any other member of UPSC on the grounds of misbehavior after a reference is made to the Supreme Court and the Court reports that the removal is warranted.
