In August 2024, India and Saint Christopher & Nevis Sign Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Sports· Saint Kitts and Nevis is a dual-island nation situated between the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea.
The Indian Air Force (IAF) has given clearance to the DRDO and the Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) to produce 200 Astra air-to-air missiles for its Su-3O and LCA Tejas fighter aircraft. Astra missiles are capable of engaging targets at varying distances of 500 m up to 340 km.
